• When the contract is agreed, Nostalgia Elsyium will be referred to as the “Service Provider” and the customer will be known as “the client.”
  
  
• Standard business rules will apply in the preparation, receipt and documentation of all financial transactions per agreed terms.
  
  
• NE requires a 30% deposit on ALL contracts before work commences.
  
  
• All monies paid to NE on contracts that have been commenced are NON-REFUNDABLE except when notified in writing within 5 days.
  
  
• NE reserves the right to review ALL prices quoted either upward or downward on a case by case basis.
  
  
• Penalties will be applied for non-payment of outstanding balances in addition to deactivation of any live services effected by NE.
  
  
• NE reserves to right to withdraw its services at anytime in response to ANY infractions of the contract by “the Client.”
  
  
• In the event of the withdrawal, NE will NOT be compelled to hand over work currently completed, nor copies of any material relating to or ancially to the execution of the project.
  
  
• Copyright in all documentation prepared by NE or on behalf of NE is absolutely reserved by NE.
  
  
•  “The Client” will indemnify NE from any claims or liability resulting from working on the client’s project and any related work. “The Client” will also be liable for NE’s legal defence and costs should NE be joined in any suit.
  
  
•  “The Client” will furnish NE all information required to complete all tasks and in the agreed formats or media.
  
  
• These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to its conflicts of law
